Charis Business Solutions is based in Ho Chi Minh City. Our leadership team brings more than ten years of experience and can work directly in English and Chinese, helping international stakeholders move from requirement to local execution with fewer communication gaps.
Having served clients from Singapore and the UAE, Charis is expanding its support to companies from the United States, Japan and other markets.
Charis also has hands-on experience supporting Chinese companies in Vietnam: hiring local staff and managers, and building their Vietnam teams from the first hires onward. Our Chinese-speaking leadership works directly with headquarters and local management, so role requirements, working culture and expectations are clear on both sides.
