About the client

Our client is a software engineering and outsourcing company founded in 2017, building web, mobile, AI and automotive software for clients in Japan and the US. Its automotive teams work on embedded, AUTOSAR and Android Automotive projects.

The role

• Design, develop, integrate and maintain embedded software for automotive systems in C and/or C++
• Turn system and software requirements into technical specifications and designs
• Follow automotive processes, coding guidelines and quality standards (MISRA, static analysis)
• Code reviews, debugging, root-cause analysis and optimisation
• Support integration, verification and automated testing; work with third-party components
• Contribute to AUTOSAR and non-AUTOSAR software

The successful applicant

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics or a related field
• 3+ years of professional software development, preferably embedded or automotive
• Strong C and/or C++
• Track 1 – low-level: MCU/ECU programming, BSW or drivers, CAN/LIN/FlexRay/SPI/ADC/DMA, AUTOSAR Classic (NVM, COM, DIAG), UDS / ISO 14229, J1939, MISRA C
• Track 2 – architecture: modern C++, safety-critical software, ADAS, AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, SOME/IP, DDS, Ethernet, ISO 26262, MISRA C++
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
