AUTOSAR Software Test Engineer

About the client

Our client is a software engineering and outsourcing company founded in 2017, building web, mobile, AI and automotive software for clients in Japan and the US. Its automotive teams work on embedded, AUTOSAR and Android Automotive projects.

The role

• Detailed design and coding of software components and units to standards
• Software integration strategy, build environment and release of software candidates
• Write test specifications from software architecture and detailed design, with traceability
• Automate tests and keep scripts reviewed
• Run tests, analyse results, report defects and support release documentation

The successful applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, mechatronics or computer science
• Experience in automotive software development
• Good understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems
• Good knowledge of AUTOSAR and diagnostic services
• Able to read customer specifications; good spoken and written English
• Preferred: diagnostics, CAN/LIN or BSW experience
